She also reads inbound SMS and email from the same knowledge base and replies consistently across all three channels.
How is Vanessa different from a chatbot or voicemail?
Voicemail loses calls. Chatbots only work on your website (where most customers never visit). Vanessa works on your existing phone number — you forward your business line to her — so a customer dialing your real number reaches her in 1 ring.
