Free worksheet for plumbing businesses
What could your missed plumbing calls be worth?
Use one recent call sample and your own job economics. Estimate qualified opportunities, recovered bookings, gross profit, and the monthly coverage cost your numbers support.
Your entries and results stay in this browser and clear when you refresh or close the page. Prime Circa does not record them. This page records the visit and its traffic source, whether the worksheet started or produced a complete estimate, and which type of link you opened. Start with one recent call sample
Use 28 to 31 complete days from your business phone log. Keep existing customers, warranty calls, vendors, recruiting, wrong numbers, and spam outside new-customer opportunity math. Do not upload a call log or enter any caller details.
Use the result as a test limit, not a promise
The worksheet starts with classified unanswered calls. It applies your qualified share, additional recovery rate, booking rate, paid-job close rate, average collected job revenue, and gross margin. It converts your exact date range to an average month. No industry average fills a blank.
Recovered revenue is not recovered gross profit. Gross profit removes the direct costs required to perform the work. A coverage option reaches break-even only when estimated recovered gross profit meets its full monthly cost under the same inputs.
The worksheet is an operating estimate. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Verify the definitions against your own records and adviser.

- recovered paid jobs = recovered bookings × paid-job close rate
- recovered revenue = paid jobs × average collected job revenue
